Digital Smile Design
Smile design, also known as Digital Smile Design (DSD), is a procedure for patients who are not satisfied with the aesthetic appearance of their teeth. This method allows visual evaluation of potential outcomes during the planning phase before starting treatment.
During the smile design process, intraoral and profile photographs are taken. Special software is used to create designs that consider the patient’s facial structure, lip shape, and dental alignment. At Bursa Kristal Park Dental Clinic, this process is tailored to each patient’s current oral and dental condition.
Temporary restorations prepared during the planning phase allow the designed smile to be evaluated both digitally and directly in the mouth before the treatment begins.
